    Some old muscle cars had *flat* black hoods, and that was for a reason, to reduce glare off the hood. CF is shiney, so no dice. Can't argue weight reduction of course, except to say that for the money, you could deffinately get more performance. To each his own I guess..

    While I personally can find far better things to spend money on, a friend of mine is busy drooling at the mere thought of getting a Cobra R hood for his '95 GT. Has to be carbon fiber he says. Trouble is, I can't find anyone who makes them. (Am I a lazy sack of *****? All signs point to yes.)...
