    Side Exhaust?

    There are less bends on side exhaust than tailpipes. Think about it, the kit comes with mufflers that the outlets are on the sameside as the inlets so there is actually one bend. With tailpipes, there are 3 bends which is less free flowing so no you will not lose power.

    Cleveland headed windsor

    There were motors with those heads from the factory, they are called 351 modified. Alot of trucks had those. But you will have to do machining to get the antifreeze passages to work to put cleveland heads on a windsor motor
