Are you referring to MD emissions or MD state inspection? I don't think the lack of a smog pump will be an issue just make sure you have cats on the car. Where in MD are you? Ross

I bought a set of their basic LCA's @ Carlisle last year. Been running them for over a year with no issues. I recently installed a no-name set from "American-Muscle" on a buddy's car and the UMI's are way nicer!!! I have launched them numerous times on DR's from 5k with no wheel hop and the car...

FYI 99-04 cars went from 12mm bolts to 14mm bolts on the lower control arms. I assume you will be getting aftermarket lowers so keep this in mind you may need to get a bit creative. Ross

I am using the 03/04 Cobra steering shaft. Get under the car and turn that thing by hand and see if there is play in it. Mine was terrible. I will post the part number in a day or two, pretty sure the box is still in my shed. Ross

Just buy some bolts, nuts, and washers to use for connecting the midpipe to the catback. Lowe's, Home Depot, or any hardward store(ACE) will have stuff that will work. Try to get some decent grade 8 bolts so they will not rust. Pretty sure the ones I used are about 4" long. Ross

Looks cool. I would get some 1" spacers for the back to bring the wheels flush. I ran some 03 mach wheels(10.5" rears) on my 95GT for a minute just because I had them laying around. They looked cool. Ross

Saw that car @ Carlisle and Maple Grove a few times. The targa looked OK in person but I am sure it made the car flexy. Pretty sure the guy that built the car sold it. Last I saw/heard of it was a used car dealer ad. Ross

When I install my Vortech its going in the discharge pipe from the blower to the TB. Ross

I looped a piece of 3/8 rubber fuel line off the vent tube and used a tiny hose clamp to attach it. Seems to be working fine I have not smelled any fumes. I'm sure you could grab a ford vent cap at the junkyard for free. Ross

I went to the one in Maryland in June. It was awesome! They ended up picking a 9.0 field. Due to some rain issues it did not end till about 1230AM. There were so many people there it was crazy, took me an hour to get out of the parking lot! I am looking forward to seeing the episode on TV...

I had issues when I first did mine. It ended up being the tps. It would run but not well. Check your voltage at the green wire, should be around .9 or so and make sure it goes up to 4+ smoothly when you open the throttle body. Make sure you did a good wiring job too... no crimping, solder...

If you are changing them with the rear in the car get the tool from MM. It will make your life a lot easier. They are a press fit and basically impossible to get out with the rear in the car unless you have the tool. Ross

May want to try changing the oil. If you got coolant in your oil it will sink to the bottom of the pan and come out first before the oil does. Ross
