    I have a 1978 Mustang II with a V6, I want to gut it out, drop all the weight I can, and put a 302 in, probably with forged internals for forced induction or spray. What kind of snags am I going to run into with this swap?

    The dealer may be able to print it off for you, they didn't seem too surprised when I walked in with it. Or someone on here can probably run it for you.

    The noise shouldn't be there. The "tick" my Z28 made could have been passed off as normal noise but this is too much. But its wierd, sometimes the noise totally goes away. My mechanic thinks that this cobra is effected by the defective left head problem with early build 03 cobras, we verified...

    Hey everyone, I just picked up a 03 Cobra w/ 10k miles on it and it is making a fairly loud ticking noise on the back right drivers side of the engine. I had several people look at it and they said it was a lifter that needed replaced. Anyone have ideas to what would cause this? Ford won't touch...
