    anyone Know anything about the new Crane HI-6 Ignition

    Personally, Im a little curious to whether my MSD 6AL is working right or not. But from what I've heard, HI-6 is awesome. More output than MSD, water-proof casing, and vibration-proof. I'd go Crane if I was you.

    Those with Main Support Girdles COME IN

    I'm building a 306 and Ill be adding a power adder, so I want to put on a girdle. I want a steel one that I will not need to deal w/ machining, or a new oil pan, oil pump, etc. Just one that will work with stock parts and a windage tray. Ive been checking out DSS and FPS.     I did a conversion about a year ago. If your serious about upgrading and mods then you should definately get one. It wasnt hard. I got a brand new motorsort kit off of ebay for 340. Ithink theyre regularlt like 520.

    IAC? TFI module?

    I had idle problems and bought a new IAC and the problem was still there. I disconnected the IAC and the car runs awesome. It idles at about 900 RPM's.

    Stock fuel rails not enough? Recommendations on new ones?

    U should be fine. I've herd that stock rails are good up to 450-500 horse. Plus I've heard installing aftermarket rails is a Bit ch beacuase of clearance problems with the intake.
