Your smog pump seized up. Replace it $100-ish or buy a smog pump delete kit, ($45-ish), if your state's emissions will allow it. We don't have emissions here :)

Great info. Looks like I'll use the SVO front calipers and the rear disks from the '93 to 98 Cobra. This will be within the guidelines for the rules for autocrossing in the ESP class.

Ebay. There are a couple sellers out there that always have some for 20-30. Tested, so they say. That's where I bought my last. Just remember, when buying on ebay, use sellers with many sales and very low negative feedback.
