    Pristine 1987 Saleen

Thanks! yeah. Tornado buzzed over and knocked over a huge tree, most of the good parts from that car now live in a 49 merc.

    Pristine 1987 Saleen

After my last car was crushed i had a little extra cash to replace it and told the wife it was going to be a Saleen or 93 cobra and neither would be cheep. Funny thing is that the parts Saleen used were for the most part off the shelf ford parts, they could have done five lug as they already had...

Installing Brake Pads Using Svo Calipers. Help!!

I recently had the same problem with mine. Had to have a rotor turned and figured id swap out the autozone cheepos that were still relatively new and put hawks on them. Couldnt get the damn inside pad to stay in even with the extra clip. ended up putting the cheepo back in.

    Saleen 88 Saleen - New Shocks/struts

Long time reply and I'm sure you have already done something about this but if it still has the Monroe's on it I believe they can be rebuilt. Don't pitch them, I've seen used sets sell.

Fox Exhaust Rattling On Corners Of Gas Tank

Probably the grommet where the filler neck goes in, they crack and can cause a leak or let vapors out into the car. LMR had a tank kit at one time with a tank and related parts.

    1993 Cobra Value

A 3600 mile vibrant red cobra with black cloth is a fairly rare car, http://www.1993cobra.com/data.htm show 362 built. This would be what I would consider an investment grade fox, if the guys not full of :poo:. Remember you can always come up on your price so start lower. Before I plunked down...

I'm not real sure I've seen a aero fox lx with t tops, pre-87 though it was pretty common.

    Who's Running Turbocoupe/93 Rear Discs?

If I remember correctly the set up on my 91 Saleen is mark 7 rear end and svo brakes up front and I think the master cylinder is from an svo as well but I could be wrong on all of it. Gotta do the brakes this winter so I guess I'll get real familiar with it. This should help with that...

    Mustang Price(s)? Market Leveling.

Ford kept a record of the coupes verts gt and lx's made but I've yet to see a definitive answer on how many were t-tops but the number I hear floating around is in the 800 neighborhood.

    Mustang Price(s)? Market Leveling.

You must not have priced 93 cobras lately, 11 would put you in a midrange car with some of the usual fox problems and an engine that has been beat on. This was a 86 gt with less than 8,000 miles on it, good luck finding another with that few miles, in that condition, for that money.

    Mustang Price(s)? Market Leveling.

For a car that is what i call nice (little to no rust , all gauges working, all trim there, ashtray lit stays closed decent paint ) with mileage in the midrange, say 60-90k Id expect to be in the 6-7 range. Lower miles = more money. I have been seeing some foxes with ridiculously low miles...
