    It's not my car I'm discussing, but thanks. :) No visible problems; bushings all look good, no tie rod probs, steering shaft OK. I'm also suspecting toe, possibly, but I tend to think it'd have to be so out of whack to do this that I'd be able to see that it's buggered up with the naked...

    Got one in the shop now. Turn the wheel to 2:00 & let go while driving, wheel does not return to center. Turn the wheel to 10:00 & let go while driving, wheel does not return to center. Car has Koni reds, Eibach springs, Energy Suspension upper strut mount bushings. Factory camber/caster plates...

    Keytar = GHEYEST INSTRUMENT EVAR. I saw the first video, showed it to my 16 year old daughter. She thinks they're awesome. I think they have a keytarist.

    Hood flew open!!

    After I shut my hood, I grab the front edge & lift the nose of the car with it to make sure it's latched. It's not user error, it's an issue that's happened to enough SN-95 owners to be a design flaw.

    It happens with factory SN-95 hoods, not just aftermarket. I've had mine pop getting onto the freeway, & a friend has his pop during a FFW True Street cruise. The safety latches saved both of us from any damage, but it's scary as hell when it happens.

    Well then. If he can't decipher what "3.73" stamped into a ring gear means, there's not much I can do. Actually, in that case, I'm fairly impressed he was able to ask about it online.

    If you're going to pop the diff cover off, the ratio will be stamped on the ring gear. Just turn it until you see it.

    Buying an IPod, a brother needs some advice

    Decide which one you want (I'd guess nano), but the best thing to do is buy it straight from Apple, as they will engrave it for free. We got my daughter one for Christmas with her name engraved on it, & she thought it was the coolest thing on the planet.
