    Eibachs with Poly spring isolators will give about 1.5". These work great with 2003/4 Cobra shocks & struts. Great ride! Great for on track events and not so bad at the dragstrip

    I raised it by physically lifting it and pushing the air tube slightly more into the rubber boot at the TB. My MAM can be turned slightly on the mount by loosening the clamp. I'm pretty sure just lifting the unit up out of the airstream turbulance will work. i had a SVT mechanic working on it...

    I had the problem with my 99 Cobra. I replaced the IAC- no help. I have the AFM Power pipe and the Pro-M in the fender. Raising the filter up out of the airstream about 1-1.5" cured the problem completely. Have your mechanic run a tester hooked up while driving the car. Should show Mass Air...

    grinding into 3rd when shifting 01 cobra

    My 99 Cobra was like that and I also had trouble getting into reverse. I put in a can of limited slip differential modifier about a month ago. No reverse problems & much smoother shifts 1-2 & 2-3!

    99 Cobras have the coil on the plug and no "plug wires" are visable. The plugs and coils are covered by a plate on the valve covers.

    Advised by a fellow SVT Stanger to AVOID 4.10 gears! Soo confused now, help.

    1st gear - a little over 30 2nd gear- a little over 60 3rd gear- about 90 4th gear- about 120 my car will break loose in 2nd gear when the motor revs hit about 3700. That should be well within your 20-40 passing range. In 4th gear you will be doing approx. 3000 rpm @ 60. That's close enough...
