I don't see a white/red wire. There is a tan/red wire with a female connection on the end coming out of the same wiring bundle as the Self-test connector. Next to that in another bunch of wires is a tan wire with a female connection too but with a brown plug on the end of it. What is going...

Yeah, I put a vacuum cap over the little outlet on my Griffin radiator and it works perfectly fine for me.

You'll prolly have to make the TPS screw holes larger. I used a dremel but you can use a drill too.

I found out what that smell was, it was coolant dripping on to my header and valve cover, it would burn instantly leaving a delicious smell. I didn't change my oil and I did install the PCV valve screen.

Where could I find one of these bypass kits, could I just use a large vacuum hose. Probably not because one pipe is larger than the other. Also could the end seals be giving me problems?

Umkay, I found the/a coolant leak. It is coming out of one of the copper pipes coming out of the firewall that coolant goes into. The pipe is really easy to move around and I think it is messed up inside the firewall or something. Is this the heater core or something else?

Is it possible that I didn't seal up the front and rear of the manifold where it meets the block, could this cause a problem??

Lately the idle has stayed at like 1000 rpm when I first turn it on after the carhas been sitting for a couple hours and completely cooled. Then if I rev it up it may go to around 900 rpm and move around 100 rpm in either way. Also, I thought turning the distributor clockwise advances it...

If you look at the pic above, the large line that looks like it has a yellow clamp in the picture goes to the "s" port on the firewall vacuum tree.

Any more insights??? Well, in the past two or three days, the check engine light hasn't came on, so maybe that little problem is over, but i'm still left with the big ones. Is it possible that coolant is leaking into my engine?
