    UPDATE I just bought a wider nut. It works great. I can get a wrench on it cuz it hangs down a little. Thanks for all the help!

    thanks for the pic.... Mine is different, maybe i can get a pic tomorrow. The brass section is recessed into the knob. It came like that. The nut goes up into the knob, and there is no way I can tighten it. Time to call MRT i guess

    MRT PONY BALL SHIFT KNOB INSTALL

    anyone install one of these before? How the hell do you make it tight. The instructions say...use a wrench to tighten the jam nut. The only problem is, you can't put a wrench on it, because it goes inside the freakin knob. WTF, how the hell do you tighten it?
