I have 17x9's all around on my 87 Gt. 245's out back and 235's in the front. They rub under full lock in the front so I am sure yours will if you plan to run 245's in the front on your stang. And my car is lowered and the fenders are not rolled.

So I think that CA and NY have the same emissions. Which is strict as can be, I think CA may be just alittle tougher. So make sure it is running well and have cats on it. Insure/register and go have it smogged. Good luck with it:nice:

I filled up my vert for $37/super @ Citgo. And thats $3.55 a gallon which is totally BS since they oil companies make profit hand over fist. There needs to be some regulation by big brother. OR hurry up with some cheaper alternative fuels.

What state are you in?? Here in NYC you need to insure and register your car. And if it needs to get inspected they give you a temp sticker-10 days I think and you need to have it inspected before it expires. Shops here will not inspect it unless it is registered and insured.

I have had both SD and MAF mustangs. They both have run well but one I totally rebuilt and kept it speed density. A 1988 Gt with t-tops The fastest I went with the SD car is 13.4@ 105 on street tires. If I had some slicks or drag radials I am sure I would have got into the 12's with better...

I had a hide away hitch on both my 93 Lx 5.0 vert and my 90 Lx 5.0 hatch. Bolted right up and since it was an Lx no cutting of the bumper. Used it to trailer my quad around. I have the hitch, ball and wiring if anyone is looking for one. Located in Queens NY.

Got some: 1)Mac equal lenths 2)Flowmaster catback 3)offroad x-pipe Just put on a 3 inch harwood cowl the other day.. The exhaust will be put on in a few days. Springtime hopefully a 351 with GT-40 heads and some other goodies.

I picked up a set of Mac chrome equal lenths for $50. Have heard good things about them so I would pick them up. Thats a good price too.:nice:

Keep the t-top alive!!!!

Keep that car and fix it... Check around for parts and find someone that fix it so it looks good as new. If you decide to sell it, make sure it will go to a person that wont hack it up and junk it. Those t-tops are rare, I had a 88 Gt with t-tops and I regret selling it.

I looked on e-bay and some of them are expensive. I do like the look of them, and I am thinking about it. I know for a fact that VIS is a good company cause I had it on my Mazda. Very good quality plus the fact I waxed it every time I washed my car. I may see if I can find it locally...
