    I redline mine plenty. No biggie. It’s designed to rev, accelerate, and ride spirited. Codes will pop up a la CHECK ENGINE light if you break something.

    If that’s true, my setup did not get the memo. I have 3” custom setup plus Ford Racing Performance Pack 2. It is now awake compared to stock. Despite upgrading to 305s, I still don’t have traction in 1st or 2nd at low RPMs.

    I believe the synthetic blend will go 5-7k miles. I drive minimally and went 4000 in 12 months before changing oil. I think it uses more quarts per change though. The Works at the Quick Lane was $60.

    I have the SCT iTSX tuner from my S197. I believe it’s the same port form factor. I have free tunes for life from Bama with it, so maybe that’s an option. I also have a 3” catback, so maybe I need the tune anyway.

    17gt Upgrades!!

    I haven’t dyno tested. I believe it’s about 20hp peak increase but 30 ft-lb torque at 2500 RPM. I don’t have headers installed. Just the pack2 with ProCal tune. Idle has been great; actually smoother.
