Looks to me like it's just the bolts that are rusting. I'd remove one of them to see if there is anything else besides the bolt rusting. If it's just the bolt, replace it with a galvanized or so other non rusting bolt. Or you could just sand the rust off the bolts you got and paint them after...

Try adding just a little bit of coolant. Had it happen on my '97. Levels were o.k. but I added a bit of coolant and never happened again. I think they have the sensors set up to high.

sounds to me like you're not putting the tab into the slot on the back of the rear seat. It can be a bitch to get it to go in right.

One thing to think about before doing this. If you drive you car in the cold weather (for those who it applies to), you will not get the heat you get now unless you change back to the thermostat you currently have. But this would be a good thing for summer, stop/go driving.
