    Well, I want a turbo for sure, I'm addicted to turbos and I need a fix. Are 5.8 turbo kits just as available? Will I be able to use all the factory 302 wiring/sensors?     Thanks for the info. I only used this because I had it laying around, and i couldn't afford to do a proper t-5 swap. There will be a t-5 in there at some point, when that happens you have dibs on this tranny... but i don't know how far off that is. -Nick

    I had a 1986 Capri 2.3L 4-speed manual. What tranny was in it? I put that trans in my Merkur XR4Ti, Is this a RAD? I assume that its not an overdrive. Does anyone know the ratios? Thanks

    Problem Solved!!!:D I found the flasher.. mine was under the steering column. I guess i missed that plug when i put the dash back in after the heater core, it wasn't plugged in at all. Thanks for all the help -Nick

    Thanks for the suggestions. Can this be done by just removing the trim arount the column? Does my switch work? Which one? My high-beams work fine, my wipers work (no intermittent though). My washer works.

    Well my turn signals don't work. The hazard flashers work fine though. I believe this problem started after I replaced the heater core (dash removal). Does anyone have any ideas? I also have aftermarket headlights, i don't believe that would change anything though. Thanks Nick

    or dropping a fuel tank that you "think" is empty because the guage said it was. all was well till i removed the second strap and had 150+lbs. over my head, gas spilling all over me (eyes, mouth, nose, etc) while im tryin to get the strap bolted back up. or.... not spending more than 20...

    removing t-5

    I just pulled mine yesterday with jack stands. Its doable. Much easier with a hoist though. Tip: don't support the rearend let it hang and put the jackstands where the lower control arms connect to the body. this will allow you to take out the DS bolts much easier because of the angle. good...
