Lately my 99 cobra has been making a strange noise- It only happens in the morning after it has cooled overnight. When I start it up, it makes a "tsss, tsss, tsss" sound until it gets fully warmed up. Each "Tsss" is about a half a second apart at idle, and varies with RPM. I don't know how...
