A couple days ago when I was giving my brother a ride in my 02 GT, he noticed that when my car is idling, instead of the rpms staying the same, they slightly go up and down (maybe <100 rpms). Is this a problem or anything harmful?

My brother works at H&R springs and wants to get me lowering springs for Christmas. I read somewhere that it slows down the car by messing up weight distribution if you lower it. Is that true? Even if you evenly lower it on all sides?

About how much louder than the stock mufflers would the stainless steel magnaflow mufflers welded into the stock pipes be? Would the sound change be noticable?

I am getting new mufflers in the future and would like some suggestions as to what kind to get. I drive a 2002 GT and I want to have the stock ones taken off and some new ones welded in place. I was thinking maybe the new Flowmaster Super 40's or Dynomax UltraFlo's. The car is completely stock...
