does anyone know the spec's on these heads, valve size,cam specs,flow rate or a a site where I can check out some good pics,I'm just curious and having problems locating specs, as good as these cars run the heads have to be awesome.

this weekend I'm replacing my valve stem seals and changing cams,what I need to know is what type of spring compressor works well on our 2.3's this is my first time tearing into the head and I don't want to be prying and yanking to remove the cam followers there's has to be a tool of some sort...
Last night I was out with my SVO and pulled into the gas station to fill up on petrol and popped the hood to check the oil "have a little issue with valve stem seals" A kid about 17 or so walks up with a couple of his buddy's and tells me how nice my car was, I said thanks and stuff like that...
found out my PE puter on my svo is bad (not telling the injectors to fire) so my question, what web site out there has the instructions to convert to the la3 puter, i also think i have to install a ACT sensor on the lower intake also and wire that too, Thanks again.
my injector harness burned up yesterday, and i need to know if any of you guy's know if the injector harness for a N/A motor is the same as a turbo motor i.e. main plug to the computer, i'm headed to to the bone yard tomorrow, all help greatly appriciated, thanks again
I have a real odd problem, my motor is using anti-freeze, Radiator is not leaking, none of the hoses are leaking, And did a compression test to check for a blown head gasket even thow the oil is not like a milkshake I know it's possible blow a head gasket between a water passage and the cylinder...
