    yup you're right....but it was extremely hot as well due to the short, and the power windows weren't functioning....i quick fixed the problem for temporary use until i find time to re-route the wires, or fix it...but just curious if this has happened to anybody else...

    We'll i'm (still) trying to find the cause of my surging that seems to clear after letting it run for about 2 minutes after it's originally started...i'm assuming it has something to do with a vacuum leak.....i either changed or cleaned EGR, IAC, Thottle body,TPS sensor, and even carefully...

    you mean cut between the actual flanges to seperate 'em? and percy's are better than fel pro 1415's?

    yea these were brand new (out of the box) headers, and it's a one piece flange, and that's what got me to assume that my gaskets were the issue....

    Hey guys....i just put my BBK headers (chrome shorties) on with the Fel Pro 1415's gaskets AND locking header bolts (stage 8) and they still leak from the manifold.....any suggestions on what gaskets i should use now?

    Yea this kid Jrichker knows his stuff, and he's so helpful too...it's like everytime i post a question/issue/concern he's on it giving me a step by step procedure on how to do's or helpful suggestions....he's the man paws down and i'm very thankful to have people like him on this board/forum...
