I've found that if you use model car spray paint found at walmart or wherever, it sticks a whole lot better than regular spray paint. Prob since model car bodies are plastic, :shrug: Put a good amount of clear coats (light) on it; when I painted my silver pieces, I cleared em like 6 times...

How about a cutout (like a race-ready) before the mufflers, so you could always cap it off for trips and stuff? :shrug:

The dyno may not be able to show you all the gains of your DIY kit, most likely you'll see more gains at speed with lots of air flowing through the scoop. Just my .02. . . Fixxxer
