    Mach Radio on its way out!

    I went with a double-DIN Kenwood unit. It has built-in amps for the mid/tweeters, and preamp outs for the sub amps in the back. It also has adjustable filters so that one can balance the two sets of outputs (speaker vs line).

    Gosh, my old Firebird (sorry for using that "F" word here), had painted mirrors from the factory. They sold "mirror bras" for them because painted mirrors are so very susceptible to nicks, chips, scratches, etc, from just "hanging out there".

    The '03 and '04 have much thicker A-pillars. Its for better rollover safety. The console design changed somewhere in SN95's, at least a few times.

    I think that ABS/TC became an option for '04. Possibly, it is "deluxe" vs. "premium" versions of the GT? My '03 GT came with it.

    It is fixed glass, which means it can't be opened nor removed. :( IMHO, I would have rather Ford spend its design resources on a "hard" convertible top.

    Gt Hood, or Hoods

    Which is the same as the '02 hood, which is the same as the '03 hood, which is the same as the '04 hood. The only difference is that the fake scoop change the number of bolts it used from the first optional one in '01, to the one used on '02 to '04. And didn't the V6 with the pony package...
