    If tuning multiple cars I would suggest buying 1 QH to actually tune all 3 and then get a chips for each car and one chip burner to program the chips with once the final tune is done on each car you can burn the chip for that car and move the QH to the next car to tune , any Quarterhorse...

    If its taking alot of time to reach target WOT air/fuel then sounds to me that the fuel tables and or the MAF curve needs work in the tune , fuel pressure should be set at 39-40 range without vacuum and the reconnect vacuum and leave it alone

    Relocate the ACT before you do any changes , tuner was smart to leave timing out , you should add timing on a dyno so you can see where it stops making power and listen for any detonation

    The tuner can change the stoich point in the tune , alot of tuners are now doing this because of the ethanol in the fuel , changing the stoich point to 14.10 or so instead of 14.64 , you should check with your tuner to find out if they did , but with O2 sensors that old would not hurt to replace...

    A9L is like this 254 2.00 190 2.00 160 0.00 -256 0.00 -256 0.00 To make the CBAZA the same you have to find the Table that the above multiplier uses and make it all 1.0 I personally would make the 254 line higher than 2 degrees , but its your car LOL
