99 gt car is missing ...help?

I have bought another COP, but I have not had the car checked to find out which one may be bad. I went a head and got one since a guy on wanted $15. Figured I would need it eventually. What is the best way on having it checked without paying major bucks. Thought about just trying it on each one.

    Slight semi-bog/hestitiation 2000gt @ 2,000rpm

My 2001 GT, 5 speed, is doing the same thing. I have done everything to try and fix it. I have not thought about the clutch slipping. Is that really possible on a 38,000 mile car? How can I check to see if that is it!?! Thanks for the info!!!!!!!!!

Have you contacted him? I noticed he has a 100% postive feedback rating. Maybe he made an honest mistake. If he doesn't reply, report him to "safe harbor".

    I want it lower...

Thanks for the compliments. Steeda's ball joints are .5" longer than stock, which lowers the car .5". They came with a .25" spacer to raise it up, but I liked the way it sat. I bought them new off of ebay. I think you can by them through Partshopper on this site which currently has 10% off on...

    I want it lower...

Thanks a lot. I used Steeda camber caster plates, Steeda bumpsteer kit, and Steeda off set rack bushings. I just wanted all the bumpsteer eliminated. I still have the factory shocks, BUT they are about shot. I am going to replace them with Tokico HP struts and shocks soon. If you can do it all...

    I want it lower...

My car is lowered 2.5 inches. I can get 2 fingers between the wheel and fender with the 265/35/18s. I could only get 1 finger with the 274/40/17s. I also used the sportline springs with no isolators and the Steeda X-2 balljoint(lowered .5"). I had to trim some off the rear springs to get it...

Widest Tire and Rim with 1.5" Drop

If you are running 17s then a 275/40/17 will be okay. I had 275/40s with 17x9s front and rear and had no problems with the Steeda springs. I currently have 18s with 265/35 front and 285/35 rear on 18x9s with Sportline springs and have not rubbing issues. The 03 and 04 Cobras have 17x9s with...

just ordered y2k replica 18x9 few questions

You should be okay. I am running 18x9s with a 24mm offset. I have a 265/35 tire on the front and a 285/35 with a .25" spacer on the rear to set it out further. My car is lowered 2.5" and I have no rubbing problems. If you wanted to rotate them you can go with a 275/35 front and rear. You can...
