I bought a used Mustang Tuning X pipe from the classifieds. Have it all bolted up, but it did not come with the 2 inch peice that slips into the drivers side pipe. It leaks bad. Any suggestions. Is there a similar part I can buy. Is it something I can make. I am going F#$%ing nuts with...

Thats a good point that I didn't think about. No point paying $70 for rear brake pads that are barely used.

Its time for some rear brake pads. Did a search and didn't see much. I have the Cobra brake upgrade on the front, and plan to leave the rear stock as the brakes kick ass. What is the best rear pad to get, why, and where. Thanks.

98blackmagic Maybe that is the year they switched from the AODE? The guy on the phone was really no help. He just said they didn't fit, and there was no mod to make it fit.

I looked into getting one, and according to the B&M website they only fit up to 00 Mustangs. I called and asked if there was a conversion kit and was told no. Sounds like it would be pretty cool, and add a little more driving fun.

How much of a difference will the aluminum drive shaft make in the car. Is it worth it?

I went to Mustangtuning.com and bought a set of 95 cobra Rs. They look good, and the chrome seems easy to keep clean. But those Boyds looked sweet.

I jacked up the car and put washers on the lugs to see how much space I would need to get past the calipers. The rim hung pretty far out at that point so I sent them back. The tire guy at my shop told me to ground down the caliper but I didn't want to screw with that. Good luck. I also...

I had an SLP catback, and had the same problem. Neighbors were complaining and stuff. It was bad. I got the FRPP catback now, no problems or drone. And it sounds good too. A little louder than stock, but it works for me.
