    #1 is Lexus. #2, by a meaningless 0.03, is Cadillac. Mercedes is WAY down the list. These are J.D. Power numbers. No real difference between Lexus and Cadillac (GM).

    Okay... that's not as bad. Missed the word "blend". I run Castrol GTX with good results in my LT-1, and the 5.0 '65 Convert. That wouldn't be too great an increase.

    Of course that's absurd. If 30% are going to drag race them (that's high, in my opinion), why didn't they put IRS standard for those who of us who are going to drive them in the real world, on roads with bumps and curves, and offer the live axle as an option for the straightahead racers...

    rollover protection in 05 vert?

    I would expect that Ford would do the same as 'most all convertible builders of today: make the windshield frame strong enough to hold the weight of the car, and therefore function as a roll bar. Hate to admit it, but it was a mere Chevrolet that started that.

    What do you mean "swapped the body work"? The Probe was a Mazda, just with a few sheet metal differences. Yes, not a bad car, but definitely not a worthy successor to the Mustang name.
