    The skirts are wavy and/or have chucks missing out of them. Front and rear bumper covers have some heavy gouging in them and I'm not sure if that is easily repairable. I'm planning on spending some quality time in the garage next weekend and will be going back over the car and updating my to-do...

    Over lunch I killed two birds with one stone. The PO had put white face gauge overlays on the instrument cluster. I tried to live with it but they were drove me crazy. They made things way too dim at night and there were bubbles under the overlays where they didn't go down flat. Back in...

    Yeah AeroCoupe got me on track with that. The water pump pulley and power steering pump pulleys were wrong. Once I got those swapped to the correct sizes, all the belt issues went away. This site has been my mustang haven for a long time, lots of good knowledge around here. :nice:

    Thanks for the tip, got the gear kit for T5 w/4.10 gears my cart at LMR now. My previous mustangs didn't have tall gears in the rear so that VSS gear wasn't an issue before. It's these little things that bite ya in the butt.

    I made some time last week to diagnose the speedometer issue. I pulled the cable from the transmission and sure enough the speedometer gear was shredded. I ordered a replacement from 23 tooth (for the 4:10 gears) replacement from LMR and slapped it, made sure the needle moved by manually...
