    ok i just got done replacing the head gaskets on my car and now when i start it up it runs like $hit. I have the timing at 14 deg, and when its trying to idle its like it backfires into the valve covers. If you give it some gas to keep it running it will sputter a little and a dull fffooompp...

    If you painted it in a paint booth and "baked" it then you can do it right after, if you did it in your garage then id give it at least 2 weeks of good warm weather. The easiest way to tell is if the paint still fells kinda "soft" when you put your finger nail in it then dont touch it with sand...

    Yea that should be perfect for ya, i wanna spray my motor but i just dont wanna pay $800 for the plate kit to fit my intake. I dont trust the dry kits that go in the intake tube. The spray isnt distributed evenly enough thru the ports for me:shrug:. What are you gonna run?

    yes typicaly they are cheaper, just because like with anything else you pay for the name :notnice:. They are still made with the same quality tho. Its the same process with all of them, honestly if you put them side by side w/o seeing the stamp... no difference. With my combo and most mustangs...

    I have the E cam in my car, for street use i love it, but on the track i wish i had more midrange and top end power. Just doesnt pull hard enough once your out of the hole. Ive been pondering on a custom grind for my setup, little more money but well spent in my book :nice:

    No it wont hurt anything but your emissions, just make sure that you have the oxygen sensors put back in the new piece of pipe. It will accualy let the motor breathe much better. break out the torch! :flame:

    those are pretty sharp, has anyone ever seen a cluster with just the 4" speedo and no tach. I have a 5" monster tach and it would be pointless to have another.
