    03 cobra tranny prob

Ok I have done some research on tremec's site. It says that if you have an aftermarket shifter, you should remove the stops since they have internal stops in the transmission. It also says that if the transmssion is hard to shift it may be a low fluid issue... I will replace the fluid tommorrow...

    03 cobra tranny prob

ok I did the manual clutch adjustment and it seems to have helped a little but it still feels a little rough going into second at times. Any more suggestions? I am about sure that it does have a triax shifter. Will adjusting the stops help?

    03 cobra tranny prob

I personally have not changed anything on the car. I am a little unsure about whether the shifter has been changed... If it was the clutch adjustment, wouldnt it do it all the time and not just when cold?

    03 cobra tranny prob

I bought an 03 cobra last summer and have been pleased. Lately though the transmission has been acting funny. In cold weather, when I first start the car the transmission does not want to shift into second gear and sometimes grinds. After a few minutes of driving it gets better and eventually...

Is there a difference between a 87-90 fender vs a 91-93 fender? I am looking for a replacement fender for a 93 GT and was wondering what range year models will work.

    Tire question

Has anyone ever heard of or know anything about a Hankook tire? From what I have seen they are pretty cheap and look like a pretty good tire. I can get them shipped to my house for $358.00, but I am not sure if it worth it.

    Master Cyl Leaking Top

Wipe the fluid off and forget it. I test master cylinders at work and this is acutually more common of fords that you would think. It all comes from the people at the plants bitching because the caps are too hard for them to get off, so they redesigned them to be lesser compression fit so they...

    SVT Focus Question

My brother has a SVT Focus and I am wanting to buy him some parts for Christmas just can't seem to find any. Does anyone know a good site that has svt performance parts? One of the things that he mentioned was polyeurothane motor mounts, and I have no clue where to look for them.

need header to h-pipe nut size

If I remember right I think they are 3/8. They are the same nut that is used in several places on the car. The ones that hold the seat in is the same. I took one off my '93 parts car for my exhaust.

    is free reving bad?

It shouldn't hurt it. A motor functions the exact same whether you have a load on it or not. The only difference is the that the engine will build rpm's faster. Just don't over rev it and you will be ok.

Will I need gaskets for my Mac H Pipe?

I made my own out some sort of synthetic material that they use in the paper mill where I live on high pressure steam pipes. I have a bunch of the stuff and have sealed up several exhaust systems using it.

    Injectors ?!?!?!

Its just the injectors clicking. I wouldn't worry about it. It is a good idea to run some cleaner through the injectors once in a while too. The price seems a little steep unless that includes the install of and the fuel filter.

    Cams for my stang

Yeah that's the way they are going to do it here in NC next year too. I am looking into getting the 270/274 comp cams, because I have a connection that can get a couple hundred dollars knocked off the price for me. I just havn't seen many people running them and wonder how the compare.

    2002 Mustang GT front Camber

There are several tricks you can do such as the washer trick or putting smaller diameter bolts on the shock tower, but you won't pick up much. Maybe 1/4 to 1/2 degree. The best thing if you are lowering it, is to get CC plates. They may be a little more expensive, but they are a permanent fix...
