    If I understand you correctly, your dealer is offering you 0% if you pay sticker price? Around here, '10 GTs are going for $7K off sticker and V6s around $5K off sticker including rebates (approximately what Brian's store is doing in WA). So you may end up paying a high price for that 0%...

    My '06 GT completely stock with 3.31 gears and ATX got about 16 city and 25 highway. My '10 GT, also stock, with stick and 3.73 gears only gets ~12 city and 20 highway :eek:. I only have 1K miles on my '10, so hopefully its MPG will improve.

    Water leaking in. Where is it coming in from?

    There is a TSB for cowl leaks on the '05s and '06s. Not sure about later models. I had my '06 leak fixed under this. Mine didn't gush water like yours, but had a slow leak that entered the passenger footwell behind the kickpanel whenever it rained or went through a carwash.

    I seem to recall reading somewhere that a Ford engineer said to just stuff some cotton in the tube if you don't like the sound and want a quieter cabin. Not sure if there is a TSB on this, or if that was just an off-the-cuff remark.

    GT Premium Leather question

    With the Premium Trim it is the very top of the dash which is stitched leather, not the panels above the glove box and stereo headunit. Those remain either satin or charcoal finish as part of the IUP.

    I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing aluminum would be better as it would draw heat away from the engine as opposed to fiberglass which is an insulator and would tend to hold heat in :shrug: .

    No doubt about it, a stick is more fun to drive on an open road. But if the car will be your daily driver and you have to crawl to work in commute traffic, you may regret not getting the automatic. I think the answer to your question will depend on how you will be using the car.

    Since you want black wheels, why don't you have a paint shop paint out your factory Bullitt spokes in black. If you really want some red also, I suppose you could paint the brake calipers but I personally wouldn't. -Jim
