    i hope the e7 block doesnt have hollow main caps cuz it makes regular trips to 7500 rpms and doesnt seem to care at all. so if they come with forged rods and i have forged pistions then what would uthink the crank is good for horse power wise?

    N P D sells a direct fit 3 row i have one in my 67 and they are 1 inch cores. i paid like $250 with shipping like 3 yrs ago.

    ok since we are talking 1/4 times i have some new ones and would like opinions on it. i went 14.3 @100 with 2.4 60ft.lets keep in mind that my tranny sux and wont go in to third if im at more than 4000rpms, and its either bleeding pressure or its put pressure to two gears. i hit the rev limiter...

    im pretty sure the 90's blocks are f castings instead of e. and in all actuallity the heads will fit any 302 block and the guts to. just with the guts u have to have the right balancer and flywheel to match the guts. for instance i run 65 k code heads on my e7 short block.

    so me turning 8000rpms with a stock bottom end save for arp rod bolts and forged piston is a really bad idea even if it is still pulling way up there. it also doesnt take it very long in first gear to get there either, i havent pushed second that hard yet i only took it to 7000rpms. i find that...

    why are the purpose of the long studs so ur car cant look its best before it hits the track. at what poijnt do u need those damn studs i might bether myself when the tranny gets here and with some gears.

    you might be able to put a peice of steal plate on the bottom then bolt the stock rails to them with a small amout of work. if u want to know a secret i had camaro seats in my car for a while cuz the car came with no interior and thats what i had laying around.

    the gasket needs to come out with it at the same time. just push in the corners first till u get it started then the rest is cake. just becareful not to brake the window thats a mess.

    that or the equivalant as far as base wise does anybody have one in their can. i want to know if it will fit with my becnhseat. cuz the tranny im getting only comes with a reverse manual valvebody and it will be hard to use the stock shifter.
