For the money u spend on the headers, long tubes or shorties, its not worth it. Its maybe about a 5-7 hp gain. And they are a Bi^&h to install.

the interceptor and the regular cv, is the same, the only thing different is, the handling package and the gears. the stock lx cv comes with 2.73's the PI comes with 3.55's. Believe me, ive had both. the 97' lx i had ran a 16.5 1/4 mile time, the 2000 PI ran a 16.0 in the 1/4.

the best bet is just to replace the rotors all together, if they're warped that bad u aint gonna cut them. aftermarkets are cheap, bout 20 bucks a rotor, just make sure u get factory pads from ford or else ur calipers arent going to fit the pads. the aftermarket pads have little metal dots...
