    i would say fuel pressure is set too low. im running 42 vacuum on. 35 seems a bit low. also what plugs are you running???

    Drive Belt?

    there should be a sticker under the hood that shows you how to run it. all you do is pull up on the tensioner and release the belt. then run it how it how the diagram shows. if hes a ford tech he should already know how to do this. its easy. should take 5 minutes

    yes bad plugs could mess with the idle. i have seen people do the plugs and not have to take the s/c off. there should be ways around it. good luck

    lean pop lean pop is caused by ur fuel pressure being to low. its a "pop" sound that comes from under the hood while accelerating or under heavy load.

    i would say change the plugs. especially since you have no idea what kind they are. they are cheap and easy. dont use platinum!

    with the 94/95 spindles they keep your stock track. you should be ok after you roll the fenders and cut some of the wheel well out. is your car lowered??

    with my 17x8 and 245/40/17 tires i rub VERY RARELY up front. 17x9 might cause rubbing issues up front. roll the fenders that will help. and it also depends on which way you are choosing to do your 5 lug conversion. good luck

    Timing Advance help

    bumping it up 10 degrees from stock timing is entirely too much. bump it up to 14 and if you get pinging bump it down until ping goes away. i wouldnt go higher than 14 though.

    i took my intake off to clean it up and re-used the gaskets. no problems. when you take off the intake check the gaskets if they look ok then use them. i did buy a spare gasket just in case. its nice to have anyway. id put the parts on and do heads and cam later. why wait? the day i get a part...

    max Hp. with stock block

    i personally think the best part to a motor is the block.. id wait for the Dart although the stock MIGHT hold up.. you just never know.
