    I have the Cryogenic intake on my TC and I made my own intercooler sprayer. It works great, specially in the summer. When I'm sitting at a light I can cool the intake charge and the fog blows out of the TC nostrols. Aside from the dragon show it does work great, and I get free fills too.

    I'd check the weight again on that 240. The Stang would be the most excellent drag car but my choice for drifting would be the TC. ( I own both) The TC is very forgiving in slides. Nice wheel base. Also it would be easier to put the TC on a diet than to swap anything.

    This would depend on a few things. First, the condition and tune of your engine. The altitude where you live/mainly drive. And how much you want to pay for higher octane fuel. Put the highest octane you want to run and crank the timing past 12 deg. You might be able to run 14-16 deg?

    You can run an IC all you want just don't run too much boost with all the cooler air. The fuel tables are leaner I believe, but you should still have the brown top injectors ( 36lb ) Run a fuel pressure regulator and crank it up a bit.

    What I would look at first is color of oil on dipstick. Dirty oil means someone cheaped out and didn't change it regularly, wich could mean worn rings and bearings, and turbo in this case. Secondly, see if you can get a compression test, most J/Y do this before they sell an engine anyway...

    Yah, the HP isn't going to come from displacement. Although a stroker would give a slight more torque. If the bore is fine leave it. Spend some money on the head or a new head and turbo, give it gas and go.

    Well my car does love the cool weather. On another note; I lost my IC for a while when I put Rods header on, and noticed more power at 15psi no IC than when I had 18psi cooled. So flow still has a lot to do with the equation as well.

    For the T-5? The only thing I can remember about it is removing the rubber isolators from the shifter rod, and making it a solid mount.
