So I bought a mustang. 2006 GT Convertible The problem is, the aftermarket headlights and fog lamps the previous owner put in, stink. They are so hard to see with at night. I believe the headlights the halos with LEDs built in. Can I upgrade them to HID? What are my choices?

I live in WI, and I can't find any GT Takeoffs for a v6 to dual exhaust conversion. I found a place online, I think based in SoCal, and its $138 for BRAND NEW 2002 GT Exhaust, plus $55 shipping? Expensive? Or can I find better in my area.
