    The size of the speakers is 6x8 all the way around but is not hard to get 5.25" in there. If you order ur components from some places like crutchfield.com they include the adapters for free.

    I have a 99 stang with 2 12" subs and I have a bad rattle comming from the same area. I was able to find out that the rattle was comming from the a/c vents that are located just above the radio. Try pressing on them to see if the rattle stops. I have not taken mine out to find out how to fix...

    Yes you can hook up ur amp and sub in your new car but you do need a box to convert ur speaker level inputs into rca cable ends like(Tsunami RCA Line Output Converter (FLLOC600) ) Then just wire you the amp and sub like normal.

    RE: V6 catback install I put a flowmaster catback exaust on my 99 V-6 and I bought GT tailpipe hangers but did not need them. Everything that I needed was in the kit. I order mine from CJ pony parts. You do have to cut off the stock tailpipe to get it over the axle.
