    dipstick tube wont go in

    I have the Ford chrome dipstick. Goes down by the #7 sparkplug and it bolts to the rightside of the #6 header bolt. My tube would not go all the way in either, But when I bolt it down to the header bolt, its a tight fit and I have never had any oil leak out.
