    Oil change time interval?

    Yes, the oil looks fine. I was just concerned with the unknown/unseen things like donsbad68 mentioned. I wasn't sure if the oil started to break down after a year.

    Disaster struck yesterday....

    I had a 94 Pontiac Grand Prix and had the same thing happen. At first I didn't know what happened, it sounded like the entire exhaust fell off and I was running straight headers! I figured out what was wrong in a hurry though.... :eek:

    Just wondering how critical the amount of time is between oil changes as opposed to the mileage. I am running Mobil 1 Synthetic. I changed the oil last year and only put 500 miles on it. Should the oil be changed now that it is a year old? Looking for some input...

    Newbie with a few questions

    It's alot more work if you are not going to cut the stock exhaust off. It's quite easy if you just cut it off behind the mufflers. As far as eibach goes, nobody really has much good to say about them. Have fun with the mods! :nice:

    500-600 hp seems pretty common on those things...the bottom end in those motors is easily built for it. Those cobras are monsters! :nice:

    And why does the gear ratio say 4.09 under the options to change gear ratio? Shouldn't it be 4.10? Am I missing something...

    I'm not exactly sure. I read that book like twelve times and it does not seem very helpful. I used the basic HP tune and changed the gear ratio before I installed it. I thought that is what I was supposed to do. Correct me if I'm wrong...

    275/35R18 tire on a 18x9 rim?

    Here's my current ride. 18x9's with 265/35 up front and 18x10's with 295/35 out rear. From a person that has had both setup's, the 265 and 295 combo is the best IMO. When I had the 275's on the front on my other stang, it tracked alot especially when there were ruts in the road...
