Oh ... and the smoke ya see doesn't really mean it's working, it is just that by forcing all that carb cleaner into the intake, you are forcing it to run VERY rich for a few seconds, it's just unburnt gas...

    it's like 37W for the fogs. I got some 6500* HID copies off Ebay and stuck them in there - I LOVE them! Great bulbs!! If you want I can find the ones I got and let ya know.

    Some gears are just made more noisy than others. I had the same problem with some Genuine Gears and I heard Richmonds were noisy too. Cut your losses and just get the FMS gears. It definitely could be a pinion depth problem.

    Talk to STUNNER6910 ... he just did his Stang with the Cobra! He can tell you if it's worth doing. I had GREAT luck with the Explorer intake upper and lower. I ported mine like crazy and am very pleased -still!
