    Do you have a check engine light. If the O2 is unplugged you would most definitely have a CE light?! My only guess is that the tuner might have the computer in forced open loop? This is somewhat common on blown applications if the tuner is being lazy! What happens under moderate part...

    edelbrock rpm II or GT40 intake on modded 302??HELP!!!

    I agree that porting the gt lower would give you better all around street results. But throwing that RPM II on there would most definitely drop your ET's. Like the others have said, the RPM II will cost you some noticeable low end tq, but you will probably pick up 15rwhp on the top end.

    Question about 3" pipes

    2 1/2 inch pipes will be more than enough. I know you have a 351...but you are still running E7 heads. So while there may be some additional flow from the porting/valves...the 2.5 in pipes will be more than enough.

    I completely agree with the guy above. You are seeing blue smoke only when you punch it. This blowing oil probably continues while you are accelerating...just not nearly as noticeable. You can't put enough load on the engine when you are just revving it to see the oil. But when you punch it...

    TWEECER tuners in ny area.

    i could probably give you a hand...im in Central NY....syracuse. I have tuned my car with the tweecer system. Runs pretty well. What about it are you having a hard time with? I haven't tuned a centri blower with the tweecer...but i did help tune a kenne bell 5.0 with tweecer software.

    well how much oil did you put in? That would answer that question pretty quickly? Did you take 5 quarts out? Did you put 5 quarts in? I would get a nice mechanical OP gauge on there and see what the deal really is.

    Perhaps a race isn't the smartest decision at this point. Maybe you should put a nice SFI balancer on the car and stock messing around with stock parts. Stock parts are for stock power....you are well above stock power. just a thought.

    Hey guys...My rear stock drum brakes are shot. Consequently the car isn't stopping too well. Does anyone have a good write up for replacing the shoes in stock drums? I have taken the fronts apart so many times, i could do it in my sleep...but my only experience with drums was on the front...
