A question regarding the mass air swap

I found that link on here that gives instructions on how to re-wire for mass air. When it says a. The Power (+) wire from the MAF meter harness needs to be spliced into the existing red wire in position #37 of the EEC connector. b. The Ground (-) wire from the MAF meter harness needs to be...

    Minor accident.

It's amazing if the metal panel in front of the windshield wasn't damaged. It seems like that is one of the weakest points on the car.

    My car is slow...why?

Im hoping to get a deal on an 88 turbo coupe rear end. It has 3.55's in it. I already have a 94-95 throttlebody so I can modify it and use it. Im having doubts on whether or not to use the Starion because of the small inlet and outlet. I want to keep the A/C since we just recharged it. What...

    My car is slow...why?

So when do you consider yourself out of that "stock trim." Say, if I add my tuner and cfi injectirs and MAF? Intercool it and get some better gears---3.55's or 3.73's I know it won't add much but a bigger throttle body is going on soon.

    My car is slow...why?

I am really not impressed with the performance of my car. To me, it should be faster and amazing as other people have described their cars before. For my mods, it should make me happy when I drive it. Currently, I have a stock, rebuilt turbo motor and rebuilt stock T3. Kirban set at stock...

    E-brake handle

Well, I was at the ford challenge today and purchased the UPR billet e-brake handle for my 85. Just something to jazz up the interior a little. Get out to the car and test fit it out of curiosity. It didnt fit. So I go back into the stand and tell the guy that sold it to me and they were very...

    Cooling system hoses

They came with metal formed lines that lead passed the turbo and heated areas. The only rubber hoses that came on there are the little short pieces that connect to the water pump, heater core and the oil cooler.

    96 gt rear questions

Since it's rear disc you would need to change the master cylinder and a prop. valve. Other than that, it would work with the rerouting of some brake line. Not hard at all.

Pulling my hair out after stumbles

Well...87 N/A cars didn't have mass air, they were speed density. Did you run it for codes? Did you happen to use all motorcraft tune-up accessories? Try not to use any of that bosch platinum crap. Change the fuel filter and check timing. Also, check into the regulator by checking the fuel...
