yah p to v can play into it, but its the fact u have two intake valves opening. in my case .490 lift that doesnt sound like a lot considering 5.0's go over that all the time, but they obviously only have one int. valve as opposed to 2 wich is a lot of airflow, that can kill ur low end.

in my opinion go with what u can afford and u wanna have some money left over for some mods. also my brother has a srt-4 and i gotta say i was pleasantly suprised at how quick they are. anyway good luck with ur decision.

ok heres da deal now obviously cobras have big brakes on front now i wanna know what u guys have done to get front runners on ur cars cause only 17s fit on front lemme know thanx gentlemen.

we dynoed my good friends 98 cobra about a month ago all he did was pull the butterfly valves out the imrcs and he dynoed(on a dynojet) at 268 and i believe alil less torque.

manley is the way to go with ur cobra they are great for mod motors also their slugs are good i personally use diamond pistons a little expensive but i like em anyway jus my .02cents. :spot:

I agree with revhead i use a spec stage 3 and its a good clutch all around with the blower u should use at least a stage 2 spec if ur gonna get one. :banana:

well th 3 ive seen dyno have been that low on a dynojet and rest assured they werent broken the max i saw with a slp lid was 293-295 believe they were 2000 or 2001 models not sure wat it is for any later models anyway jus my 2 cents. :D
