    I installed windsor jr heads on my 68 302, checked pushrod length and the wear pattern says they are too short (off center towards intake side) again!     I want to drill out the steam holes to install windsor jr heads on my 68 302 , can anyone show me a diagram or pic to make sure I don't screw this up? The web site says to use the head gasket as a template and drill three holes on each side near the top head bolt hole??

    65-66 vs. 67-68 front coils

    what is the difference between 65-66 and 67-68 front coils? Is the dia. the same. I think the are just shorter, if so maybe instead of cutting the 620's I used on my 67 and making the frontend stiffer I could use the earlier springs to drop the front down

    front suspension done

    :banana: got the front end on yesterday ,took it for a test drive and to my relief nothing fell off. New uppers, lowers,620 1"drop springs,idler,tie rods,edelbrock shocks,strut bushings, and 1"swaybar. Car feels great not too stiff , sits level front to rear , I was hoping for a little more...

    edelbrock shocks for 67

    anyone try to put edelbrock shocks on the front of their 67. Is it just my car or is there a clearance problem at the top end , also I had to remove the little crossbar at the top of the shock to get it in ??????

    idler arm

    is there anything I should know about installing a new idler arm in my 67. Iv'e replaced everything under the front end and tightened the heck out of everything else, but where the idler arm attaches to the center link I'm not sure how much to tighten here?

    620's or stock springs

    Iv'e gathered all my parts and I'm ready to rebuild the front end on my 67. I'm going with a 1" sway bar and edelbrock shocks , should I use the 1" drop 620 springs or cut the stock coils to get the drop I want. I don't want a harsh ride. What do you recommend?

    door hinge roller

    1967 door hinge roller how do i remove lower door hinge? does the door have to come off? the hinge is in great shape but the roller is shot and the pin is sawn halfway though. also what is best way to remove the roller pin?
