Yeah, I have a 91 GT and a 93 GT....On my 91 GT the fuel pump relay is under my drivers seat. But on my 93GT my relay is by my mass air on the fender well. There is two relays there. Ones the fuel pump. So if you dont see it under your drivers seat, check the passenger side fender well....

Already cleaned throttle body, does it hot or cold, dont matter, and it takes the same amount of time to quit doing it wether its hot or cold, weither i give it some gas or anything, its almost kinda like its relearning its timing.

DTT, but i would think that if it was a vacuum leak it would idle and sound like that at all times... My only does it for like the first minute i crank it up. I can run it for an hour and turn it off and crank right back up and it will run like that for a minute or so, then it idles out smooth...

YEAH I FIGURED WHEN I SEEN THE PLUGS THAT WAS WHY IT WOULD NOT CRANK, BUT I DID A COMPLETE TUNEUP ON IT, ONE PLUG WIRE AT A TIME AND IT STILL WILL NOT CRANK, BUT IT IS GETTING FIRE AND PLENTY OF FUEL PRESSURE, ITS JUST THAT THE INJECTORS WILL NOT OPEN UP.
