    I bought some heads as 00 but I think they are 99, how can I tell? I have the valve covers too and I see numbers everywhere that make me think it's 99.

    I am planning on doing so, but I shouldn't be forced to buy a new manifold if I don't want to. I'm sure Ford is making some good cash from all the extra manifold they are selling.

    I have noticed that almost all 96-98+ Gts with the plastic manifold have had it cracked and such and had to buy a new part that is 300-500 dollars +labor new. I mean this is a terrible thing for ford to do, clearly they new they did something wrong because I believe in 01 they stopped making...
