    lol, no. He knows its a solid lift cam but doesnt remember the exact specs. He installed it with poly locks as well. It has 11-1 compression and the heads are world windsor sr 200 w/ 2.05 intake and 1.6 exhaust valves with port, polish, and bowl blend job. The block got all machined as well...

    After browsing some other threads i've figured it out.... It has a GT body kit on it with vinyl flames over it. Good luck on the re-conversion to stock. I think it would look better that way.

    Why wouldnt you be able to daily drive this car? Just make sure you have a good tune or you wont be able to drive it at all.

    That's correct. The earlier new edge's, such as my previous 2000 GT, had orange squirters. They are both 19# injectors, although some debate that the pinks are 21-21.5#. But Randy, a member on here who is a ford parts counter guy, says they are 19#.

    Are your stock injectors bad? If not, the new pink injectors are the same as your stock 5.0 19# injectors, which are plenty fine for now with just an intake. Add some heads and a cam and you will want to step up to 24#+ injectors.

    +1 on what color smoke? Did you rebuild the 5.0 or just find a stock shortblock? What size carb? You may have over/under carbed it. Also, how did you put the cam in and which TFS cam is it? Have you checked timing?

    Take your belt off and get a piece of string or yarn or the such and wrap it around the pulleys. Then measure the string. Thats approximately how long of a belt you will need. Make sure the tensioner is out of the way when you measure.

    No, not the Edge truck. New Edge = 99-04 Mustangs. Just try to plug them into your fuel rail and harness to see if they work.

    I wouldnt waste time on a aftermarket oil pan. Stock ones work just fine. If you are searching for the most power and best sound, go with longtube headers. If not longtubes, dont waste time and money on equal length shorties as they only make a couple hp more than regular short tube headers...

    Yes, they will work. Its all in the tune (mass air calibration, fuel pressure, etc...)

    If you got a decent clutch and not some crap stock like one, then $2200 SHIPPED is an awesome deal!!! The tranny is $1800-1900 alone + shipping usually. Soo all those parts and shipping for an extra $3-400 is sweet!!!

    Is this also a daily driver? If not does it see a lot of steet time? If so, I'd say a 3.55. 3.73 for a more strictly 1/4 mile car. 4.10+ if only an 1/8th mile car. I had 4.10s in my old AOD GT and didnt like them very much. Should have went with a 3.73. But i recommend the step lower to...
