Failed visual on emissions, what do I need?

Gael, Don't know what the laws are in Ariz. The way I got around emissions for my 78 KC, I had it titled Antique, with Antique plates. It is exempt from emissions here in Pa. There are mileage limitations, but mine is'nt a daily driver. It comes out on nice days & for shows.
