IDK, I think you will have less than 1k in it and I don't think its bad at all to have that much in it. That is the only area of the car you see while driving anyway. Maybe it's just me but I like seeing nice seats and a nice steering wheel when I hop in my car, no matter what it costs.

Price seems pretty reasonable from what I have seen. How much would a good bottom end rebuild cost on a 5.0? And with a good rebuild and this Trick Flow kit how much HP might I expect?

I might be wrong but I don't think the K member is the same for 4cyl and 8. When I had my 4cyl and was considering a swap that is one of the things I was advised to change.
