    Yeah, I did the same thing on my Performer upper while I had it apart for you to port the lower. The cnc match is a joke.:bs: There is alot of smoothing to be done just inside the ports.

    Black Magic Xtreme Fan

    I have the Extreme fan in my car. Love it. Way better than the original Black magic. Has nice brackets and is easy to mount. NO monkeying around trimming and fitting and zip tieing. You will need an alternator upgrade though. Yes it will work with the stock radiator and adjusts to larger ones too.

    Now that you've ported the lower,:) I can mix and match. The RPM upper is on it's way. I'm going to clean up the ports myself a little and put her on next weekend. Try to get it dyno'd again soon to get some real world numbers. I have a feeling the RPM will be staying on for some time though.

    Should do alot better. Combo in my sig put out 311rwhp and 338rwtq. I'm hoping for a little more after I swap my upper intake for the RPM plenum. Something is not right with your fuel by the sounds of it.

    Are you setting the timing with the spout in or out? It should be out and then 10* BTDC for a base. I'm running 3924's with my 165 heads and have them gapped at .054" with no problems at all.     Actually TMoss just ported it before the dyno runs. Between the intake and electric fan, it felt stronger for sure. Thats why it's hard to pick up any extra power. Everything is pretty good as it stands. 75mm T-body? RPM upper intake? I don't know what it'll take to add another 10 horse or so...

    EGR woos

    I blocked off the ports under the manifold, threw the egr valve in my spare parts box, and shut it off with my chips tune. Works flawlessly. No more heating up the intake. The before and after intake temps are amazing. Worst case, you lose a mpg or 2 most and most likely only highway mileage.
