well, you can port the blower, pulley down and have 480+ rwhp for about 800 in parts.

alot of people do not like the cog system because of the extra stresses it can place on various components(a little belt slip can save wear and tear). A throttle body does not usually help things unless you are at 550+ in rwhp.

I made 447/467 with 2.93,JLT, Magnaflow catback, and custom tune. I needed no MAF or fuel upgrades. As John say's you don't need a port for 450RWHP.

those number are high for sure.... for reference I did a comp test on my '04 @ 8k for peace of mind before warranty ran out. Mine ranged highest of 178 to low of 171. I would think your test were somehow flawed. U.M. is correct on cylinder location.
