THE OVERHEATING FIX

I've been looking for a 96-98 cobra and i've found a couple of 96's but how do i know if they've had the fix if i buy it from a used car dealer?

car looked like it was in excellent shape,interior was perfect and paint was glossy.

I found a 97 cobra and have a ? I found me a 97 pacific green cobra conv w/56k miles for $13000,does this sound like a really good price for this vechile?The vechile history report turned out good but i did notice the car has had 5 owner from ut,fl and now alabama which is fine.

I saw a 97 PG cobra conv for $13000 w/56kmiles at a used car lot yesterday.I didnt know the conv were that rare(377),this car would be nice to have but its out of my price range.

i dont plan to mod much,so a 96-98 cobra would be the way to go for me.The 96 had a fix should i look into buying a 96 or go with 97-98.

which cobra should I get 94-95 or 96-98 based on overall performance and wouldnt the 94-95 be cheaper to mod?
